Ok this just hit me and I had to write it down. Its that fatefull chapter won't tell you what happens but I had to edit the summary so it would go with the storys plot *sighs*
Disclaimer- I do not own FMA, you but I do own the plot!
Dear Diary,
I finally think I’ve snapped. I see him everywhere. He’s the lamp on my bed side table. He’s the little boy hiding in the bushes. He’s the store clerk at the general store. He’s everywhere my I see images of him running through my mind. I see him in my dreams and in my nightmares. In the day and the night. I really miss him, you can really tell you miss someone when you think a tree is them. I’ve come to the finally conclusion that I (your whole name) love Edward Elric, it’s the only explanation. And the only time I’ll stop seeing him is when he comes home or when I die, which ever comes first.
You’re surprised it took you this long to realize that you love Ed, I mean come on looking back over the years the way he was the only one you really hung out with the only one you told everything about yourself to. You had to have had some kind of feelings toward him.
Closing your diary you leave it lying on your bed as you slip on a pair of sandals. Your going to take the daily walk to Trisha’s grave. Closing the door to your room you trudge down the stairs, you sandals flip-flopping against them as you go. Reaching the bottom of the stairs you walk over to the kitchen table.
Grabbing you keys as you walk out of the kitchen to the front door. Closing and locking the door you stuff your keys into your pocket. Your father was away on a trip, he was an artist and a client wanted him to come to their home and paint a mural in their house. So that left you alone at your house for a few days.
You visited Winry a couple of times, but Winry just couldn’t compare to Ed. And seeing as how all she talked about was Ed, you tried to avoid talking about him and being around someone that talked about him constantly was just plain annoying. You may think of him a lot but at least you don’t share it with the rest of Rizembool.
Smiling a little you continue to walk down the now dark road to Trisha’s. Looking up at the stars you watch as they twinkle and shine with so much life. Tearing your self away from the sky you hear the sound of trickling water. Snapping your head to the right of the road you notice a little farther down the embankment a stream.
You remember that stream………
~!~!~!~!~!~!~FlashBack~!~!~!~!~!~!~
“We’re going swimming! We’re going swimming! WE’RE GOING SWIMMING!” you were so happy to be going swimming in the stream a little ways from Ed’s house you just couldn’t help but share it with the rest of Rizembool and the rest of the world.
“I’m going deaf! I’m going deaf! I’M GOING DEAF!” Ed yelled into your ear. You turn to look at him unaffected by his statement.
“Huh?” Ed anime falls as you stand there in your blue bathing suit and flip flops.
“Oh nothing, never mind.” You shrug and resume skipping to the stream.
“We’re going swimming!”
“I’m going deaf!”
“We’re going swimming!”
“I’m going deaf!”
“WE’RE GOING SWIMMING!”
“I’M NOT GOING DEAF SHE IS!!” you stop and turn to look at Ed.
“Why would I be going deaf? You said you were going deaf?” Ed looks at you and looks at you and looks at you, ok this is starting to really irk you.
“What!?” Ed shakes his head trying to ride of some of the stupor he was in.
“N-Nothing, come on lets go swimming.” Frowning you watch as Ed walks past you and down the embankment to the stream.
“ED WAIT UP!” you scream after the blondie, scurrying down the embankment.
Reaching the bottom of the embankment with a ‘thud’ you rub your backside as you stand up, looking for Ed. Spotting the blonde boy with his red (who would have thought!) swim trunks. You get a brilliant idea.
Grinning like a cat you silently stalk up behind Ed. Bringing your lips right to his ear so he can hear you.
“Edddwwwwaaaaaarrrrdddd……” you whisper out. Not even looking at you Ed responds.
“What?” your grin grows…..oh he fell for it.
“Boo….” Frowning Ed turns to look at you.
“Wh-” You push Ed with all your might and he does a flip into the deep stream below. You start laughing like a crazy person dancing around gleefully.
“(Y/nnnnnnnnnn)” stopping your laughter you turn to look at Ed. That was it, the last straw. You broke out into fits and fits of laughter. Ed just looked ssssssoooooooo funny! His blonde hair seeping wet and hanging in his face and looking closer you noticed some green looking slime that is usually on the rocks now attached to Ed’s head.
“You are SO going to pay for this.”
Silence……………………
“AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH ED NNNNNOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”
~!~!~!~!~!~!~End Of FlashBack~!~!~!~!~!~!~
Chuckling to yourself you sit down next to Trisha’s grave. Looking at the grave you just stare and stare. Asking many questions and wanting many answers that you know you’ll never get.
“Why Trisha? Why did you have to go? Why did Ed have to go? Why?” you know you’ll never get an answer from her but just being able to voice your question is enough for now. Looking back up at the sky you watch and wonder.
How can the stars twinkle so bright and seem so happy when there is so much despair and death in this world? Maybe they shine because of some scientific reason that Ed could probably explain to you or maybe they do it to keep the hopes of people like yourself high.
You know as long as you’re still living and breathing on this earth those stars will give you some strength to wait. Wait for Ed’s long awaited return. Standing up you touch the top of Trisha’s grave as you walk back down the hill to the long dirt road.
Picking up a small pebble you chuck it down the road and watch as it lands and skips a little. You pick up another pebble when you feel something hit your nose. Straitening up you look around for what ever it was that hit your nose. Suddenly you feel another one hit your cheek and another one hit your nose. Then it dawns on you, it’s raining. Sighing you quicken your walk not wanting to get caught in rain.
Have you ever had that feeling you were being followed?
If you haven’t then you probably won’t understand what I’m about to say and if you have you know what it feels like.
A tingle, you feel like some ones eyes are boring themselves into you. Watching and waiting to catch you doing something wrong. When you feel this tingle you tense up as to get ready for an attack. You always glance from side to side trying to use your peripheral vision to see the perpetrator.
And usually when you turn around there’s no one there.
While walking down the road trying to make it back to your house before the rain starts to pour you feel these eyes. Boring themselves into your back. You feel nervous and you stop chucking pebbles, letting the one in your hand fall to the ground.
You quicken your speed even faster wanting to get out of these intense eye’s gazes. Glancing around you, you can’t seem to find who it is that is following you. Is it a figment of your over active imagination, or is there really someone watching you.
“Are you scared?” Your eyes widen to the size of saucer plates. Your breathing increases as you stop dead in your tracks. Now you know that those eyes are not figments of your imagination.
You feel breathing on your neck and your body tenses. What do they want?
“You should be.” Suddenly you feel something pierce your stomach. Your mouth opens and blood starts dribbling out of the corner. Looking down you see something long and sharp dripping in blood, your blood; sticking out of your stomach.
Pulling the sharp object out of your stomach you fall to your knees grasping the hole that it made. Looking up you see a dark figure standing before you.
“Don’t want you getting in the way of our plans now do we?” the last thing that flashes through your mind as the object that pierced your stomach pierces your head is….
‘Ed’
Yanking the long object still dripping in blood from your body, the dark assailant walks off down the road leaving you lying on the ground. As your blood mixes with the now pouring rain.
-I was so stunned that I wrote that, that I walked down stairs and said 'I killed my readers' and my mom and sister looked at me like 'WTF you killed your readers!?' and then I had to explain..............my mom laughed at me. *sighs* Anyways I hope you enjoy. Please read and review!
